![]() ![]() Relative to the player, all the equipment is pretty easy to acquire (except the hardmode ore equipment and chlorophyte equipment). As the player progresses through the game, s/he gains stronger, faster, and deadlier pieces of equipment. Although relative to the player, this is very cheap, it is actually not when looking at it from an objective point of view. You can get all that just from 1 defeat of Moon Lord. To make 3996 Luminite Arrows, you would need 12 bars of Luminite, which is 48 pieces of Luminite. 1 Luminite Bar costs 4 Luminite to make, and will yield 333 Luminite Arrows. Now, if we were to have an Endless Quiver that used Luminite Arrows, the cost would actually objectively increase, but relative to the player, decrease dramatically. A bit harder to acquire, similar to how Flaming Arrows are, in general, a bit harder to Acquire than Wooden arrows. Which means that you'll need an additional 134 Wood and Gel to craft it. Each torch takes 1/3 of a piece of Gel and 1/3 of a block of Wood to make. First, you require 160 Wood and 160 Stone to make 3996 Wooden Arrows, and after that, just under 400 torches to make those arrows into flaming ones. The crafting cost for Flaming Arrows gets a bit more complicated. If an Endless Quiver that used Flaming Arrows were to be made, it would likely require 3996 flaming arrows. Pretty easy to acquire after you have a Crystal ball. Each Wooden Arrow takes 1/25 of a block of Stone and 1/25 of a block of Wood to make, which means that 3996 Wooden Arrows actually only takes just under 160 blocks of Wood and 160 blocks of Stone to make. Lets use the Quiver for example:Īn Endless Quiver is crafted at a Crystal Ball with 3996 (4 full stacks of) wooden arrows. However, I would like to go further into the actual cost of these ammo supplies and present a better comparison of their cost to power ratio. Now, I know this has likely been suggested before, and denied due to the power of the other types of ammo. R.E.K.With the existence of the Endless Quiver and the Endless Musket Pouch, I am suggesting that there should also be and endless ammo supply for other variants of ammo.Radar (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Lifeform Analyzer (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Tally Counter (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Goblin Tech (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).DPS Meter (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Stopwatch (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Metal Detector (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Fish Finder (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Sextant (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Weather Radio (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).Fisherman's Pocket Guide (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions).GPS (Desktop, Console, Old-gen console and Mobile versions).Compass (Desktop, Console, Old-gen console and Mobile versions). The tooltip "'Quiver in fear!'" is a pun using the term "quiver" as a verb, meaning to shake or vibrate rapidly.Crafting the Molten Quiver requires the Magma Stone which is a melee-specific accessory, while the Molten Quiver is a ranged-specific accessory. It can still be useful when paired with the Endless Quiver, although the ammo conservation bonus is wasted on the latter. The only advantage this item has over the Magic Quiver is rather dubious, as by Hardmode most players have better alternatives to Wooden Arrows. ![]() The bonus to arrow damage stacks with the Magic Quiver and Stalker's Quiver, but the other effects do not.Aerial Bane, Phantom Phoenix, etc.), as long as Wooden Arrows are used as ammunition. However, the +2 damage bonus is applied when using any of the other bows which convert any type of arrow into special projectiles (e.g. This is because their conversion takes place first, and the projectile is no longer considered a Wooden Arrow afterward and hence will not be recognized by the Molten Quiver. The +2 damage bonus is not applied when using the Eventide, The Bee's Knees, or the Hellwing Bow, which convert Wooden Arrows into special projectiles on their own.The conversion from Wooden Arrows (5 base damage) to Flaming Arrows (7 base damage) results in a base damage bonus of +2.Molten Quiver (Desktop, Console and Mobile versions) ![]()
